Not Recommended for Oil Change Service. Scheduled oil change and arrived as agreed. Requested tire rotation and wiper blade replacement to first advisor. Was handed off to another advisor. Received text message later in the afternoon, vehicle was complete. Replied to text message to confirm latest pick up time, with no answer. Tried calling a couple hours later and left message with another advisor. Finally received a call back end of day confirming 6 pm pick up time. Shane, Max, and the dealership as a whole were so efficient. They helped us get some paperwork out of the way prior to arrival helping us get in and out quickly the day of. The car buying experience is usually dreadful but this time, it was so smooth!
The service department has been amazing with each visit with the work being performed pretty quickly. Sales has been good overall we did have one sales experience that was subpar but the other 3 were good. We would consider them in the future.
Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place

Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the brakes keep squeeking. I had them take a look and of course they said nothing was wrong but the brakes are squeeking. I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. We'll the 1st service appointment I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and by 330 pm my car still had not been looked at so i just picked it up and had to reschedule the appointment again. The service department was ready for my car at appointment time. They got my car in right away and an hour later I was driving home, Great service, did not try to up sell me on unneeded repairs. The lounge are was comfortable and even had coffee and sort drinks free. Good dealership.
Went for oil change and tire rotation and told them how I wanted the tires rotated. They didn’t do it how I asked. Won’t go back

Went here on 3/11/23 to look at a certified GMC Terrain. The one we found we the features we wanted including remote start and power lift gate. Unfortunately, both remotes we were given did not have the buttons for the remote start or lift gate. We were basically told we'd have to buy our own remotes and have them programmed at our expense. They told me the market on mine was 200 and they wanted 5000 for theirs mines the same year with less miles they are nothing but a rip off
I showed up alone to trade my suv in on another one. Being a female they tried to steal my suv right under me knowing it is worth way more than $4500.
Also told me my tires were bad as they still have 8.2 tread out of 10. So they are basically new.

Our salesman, Ken Peal was great to work with. Not pushy, answered all questions and if he didn't know the answer he went and found someone who did. The whole experience was smooth and didn't take long at all (test drive, paperwork, and financing all done in 2.5-3 hours).

My Experience with Green GMC / Buick is always a positive one. I had a 2015 Canyon which I really loved and hated to part with so soon but in order to be able to trailer a new recreation trailer I needed a new vehicle with a more conclusive adaption to my needs in towing over 1000 lbs comfortably. They made that happen for me and I am very happy even though a little sad to see my Canyon Go. They are a great ride also.

I brought our 2014 Terrain in for warranty service after losing partial engine power while on a vacation trip out of town. Just recently got financed for a vehicle here and had the best service here. I do know couple employees there but I gave them everything that I was looking for and the found an amazing vehicle.
I brought my '09 Corvette to Green for a transmission fluid change and wheel replacement on 9/5. I was told the car would be ready on 9/8 and sure did they deliver. Everything was completed on time and they even detailed the exterior of the car. I was told that my tire pressure sensors may need replacement (they have been used several winters and at 5 years old, were starting to show some wear) but was not pressured into buying new sensors.
