Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place

Buick is a good car for rich people who can afford a lot of maintenance. The computers and electronics are all nice, but when they break, so will your wallet. If you are a working class person who needs a car that stops and goes without all the bells and whistles, Buick might be too fancy schmancy and high maintenance. Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the brakes keep squeeking. I had them take a look and of course they said nothing was wrong but the brakes are squeeking. I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. We'll the 1st service appointment I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and by 330 pm my car still had not been looked at so i just picked it up and had to reschedule the appointment again. Went here on 3/11/23 to look at a certified GMC Terrain. The one we found we the features we wanted including remote start and power lift gate. Unfortunately, both remotes we were given did not have the buttons for the remote start or lift gate. We were basically told we'd have to buy our own remotes and have them programmed at our expense. Dropped car off on a Monday morning. My Experience with Green GMC / Buick is always a positive one. I had a 2015 Canyon which I really loved and hated to part with so soon but in order to be able to trailer a new recreation trailer I needed a new vehicle with a more conclusive adaption to my needs in towing over 1000 lbs comfortably. They made that happen for me and I am very happy even though a little sad to see my Canyon Go. They are a great ride also.

I brought my '09 Corvette to Green for a transmission fluid change and wheel replacement on 9/5. I was told the car would be ready on 9/8 and sure did they deliver. Everything was completed on time and they even detailed the exterior of the car. I was told that my tire pressure sensors may need replacement (they have been used several winters and at 5 years old, were starting to show some wear) but was not pressured into buying new sensors. We went to look at a car was quoted a certain price with a printout from them. 2 wks later go back with the printout and now they dont want to honor the price I was quoted even with the paperwork from them in my hand.
