The service department has been amazing with each visit with the work being performed pretty quickly. Sales has been good overall we did have one sales experience that was subpar but the other 3 were good. We would consider them in the future.
Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place

From the sales, finance, and service personnel, everyone was courteous, very helpful, and professional, and more than that, personable. This was my first new car purchase since around 1985 and so it was not taken lightly, to put it mildly.
Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the brakes keep squeeking. I had them take a look and of course they said nothing was wrong but the brakes are squeeking. I looked at another car and they did the numbers and said they would give me $6000 less than I paid for my car if I was interested in a new car so basically I was ripped off in the first place on the price of my car. The guys up in that second level who do the numbers don't say hello or make eye contact with you. It felt like dealing with a bunch of crooks that don't give a rats xxx about you.

I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. We'll the 1st service appointment I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and by 330 pm my car still had not been looked at so i just picked it up and had to reschedule the appointment again. Finally the 2nd appointment they were able to look into it and they advised me that it was a sensor on the front bumper that needed to be replaced but it would not be covered under the manufacturer warranty or the warranty I purchased on top of through green, because it was supposedly damaged and it would cost $1500 to replace. This dealership is only there for the sale and are like snakes in the grass. I would highly recomend going to some other dealership that care about thier customers. They do not respect customers time and do not go above and beyond to satisfy thier customer unless it involves a sale.

The service department was ready for my car at appointment time. They got my car in right away and an hour later I was driving home, Great service, did not try to up sell me on unneeded repairs. The lounge are was comfortable and even had coffee and sort drinks free. Good dealership.
Went for oil change and tire rotation and told them how I wanted the tires rotated. They didn’t do it how I asked. Won’t go back

Went here on 3/11/23 to look at a certified GMC Terrain. The one we found we the features we wanted including remote start and power lift gate. Unfortunately, both remotes we were given did not have the buttons for the remote start or lift gate. We were basically told we'd have to buy our own remotes and have them programmed at our expense. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place as the vehicle fit our needs and budget almost perfectly. There was never any offer of us buying the remotes and them programming them as a shared expense and good customer service. I called GMC and all they said was sorry but the dealership is independently owned and they were unable to help us. While staff was friendly and a nice clean dealership, this remote issue has left me with no choice but to post a less than desirable review. If you go here, understand you may very well buy a car with features would won't be able to use as intended. You would think a factory certified vehicle would be completely up to par not well, it's mostly there. My advice, go elsewhere that makes sure you are 100% completely satisfied and works with you to come up with mutually amicable solutions. There are lots of choices out there. UPDATE: The owner reached out with an offer to sell me remotes for cost. I still have to pay for those. There's doing what you have to and doing what's right. They just do what they have to. A couple hundred dollars to them is worth loosing a new customer. I stand by my review. Lots of dealerships to choose from. If you're like me, customer service is everything. All you get here is lip service. Go elsewhere. After looking at other Google reviews, it appears they have a big lack of communication internally and with customers and they are not willing to go the extra to make a customer happy when they have a reasonable request.
