Service performed as scheduled. Jason did a good job keeping me informed of progress. Jason updated me on filters and battery issues. Was able to complete all the work and kept me involved.

The staff was courteous, they found a radiator leak that l wasn't aware of, called the extended warranty provider and arranged the replacement parts that saved me $1,100 plus $600 to cover replacing my TPMS tire pressure Air modules, and saved me $1,700, My bill out the door was $59, I couldn't be more satisfied, I highly recommend Green Gmc in Davenport, Thank You!

Not Recommended for Oil Change Service. Scheduled oil change and arrived as agreed. Requested tire rotation and wiper blade replacement to first advisor. Was handed off to another advisor. Received text message later in the afternoon, vehicle was complete. Replied to text message to confirm latest pick up time, with no answer. Tried calling a couple hours later and left message with another advisor. Finally received a call back end of day confirming 6 pm pick up time. Arrived to pick up vehicle as agreed, to find out tire rotation was not performed. Upon reviewing the inspection report, brake inspection was not performed. They had my vehicle from 8:30 AM until 5:50PM and did not complete work requested and advertised brake inspection as part of oil change scope of work found on their website.

Tom the salesperson was outstanding! Max was outstanding. Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. There was some “adversity” on MY side that was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I am sold on Green and absolutely will share my story of the best dealership in the Quad Cities and beyond. Thank you for everything you all did to make this buying experience the greatest ever. Every time I’ve been there, everyone has been very professional even the time I came asking about nitrogen and tires in a vehicle that I did not buy there. Shane, Max, and the dealership as a whole were so efficient. They helped us get some paperwork out of the way prior to arrival helping us get in and out quickly the day of. The car buying experience is usually dreadful but this time, it was so smooth!

The service department has been amazing with each visit with the work being performed pretty quickly. Sales has been good overall we did have one sales experience that was subpar but the other 3 were good. We would consider them in the future.

Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place
